From Field to Office
Where do they all come from? A team of 11 gas guns and 6 kites are working hard to keep these pesky birds off the Oil Seed Rape.
Hopefully the weather will start to dry and allow these birds to feed on spring drilling, until then it is the daily grind of getting kites to fly and bangers to work.
Although a nuisance to our urban friends with complaints of the noise to the Local authority, these tools are essential for this war on the blue grey pest.
Perhaps it will be included in the SFI Scheme at £787 per Ha it might improve the gross margin for this crop.

Valuations off to a flying start.
Dual Lives, Shared Goals
It’s only the beginning of the year, and we have already completed seven valuations and are working on others. The valuations are for varying purposes: four for secured lending, one for a land transfer, one for insurance rebuild, and one for a lender where we are supplying independent monitoring.
